By accessing the Sonu Digital Vision website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional and transparent relationship between the studio and our valued clients.
A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your event date. No date is confirmed until this fee is received. The remaining balance is due strictly 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with Sonu Digital Vision's cinematic and editorial style. The studio maintains complete creative control over the editing and post-processing of images and films. Re-editing of final delivered products is subject to additional fees.
Sonu Digital Vision retains the copyright to all visual content produced. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use, print, and share their media. Any commercial use or sale of the content to third parties requires explicit written permission from the studio.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, injury, or illness, Sonu Digital Vision's liability is limited to the refund of all monies paid by the client. We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement professional of equal caliber.
